What I Do
Whether you need something designed for print, a website that actually works, or a map nobody else can make — I’ve got you. Here’s a closer look at what I offer.
Custom Illustrated Maps
This one’s a little different — and that’s kind of the point.
Custom illustrated maps are a specialty most graphic designers simply don’t offer. I build them from scratch in Adobe Illustrator: streets, labels, historical routes, points of interest, typography, color — everything drawn and placed by hand to serve the specific purpose of the map.
I’ve produced large-format wall maps for regional historical projects, facility site plans for businesses, and interactive driving tour maps with thousands of views. If you have content and a rough idea of what you need, I can turn it into something people actually want to look at.
What this includes:
- Illustrated cartographic maps (print and editorial)
- Historical and heritage maps
- Regional and area maps for tourism and publishing
- Facility site plans and scaled drawings
- Google My Maps implementations for digital use

Print & Publication Design
Twenty years of print design experience means I understand the whole process — not just how things look on screen, but how they hold up in your hands.
I’ve designed everything from single ads to multi-page publications, managed print production for a 21-store retail chain, and worked with regional publishers on guides that reach thousands of readers across Southern Idaho and Northern Utah.
What this includes:
- Print ad design (single and multi-size)
- Multi-page publication and guide layout
- Posters, flyers, and promotional materials
- Business cards and stationery
- Marketing materials for retail, tourism, and local business
If you work with a printer already, great. If you need guidance on that side too, I can help.
Web Design & Hosting
A good website should be clear, fast, and easy to update — and you shouldn’t have to worry about the technical side of keeping it running.
I build WordPress sites from the ground up and handle hosting, backups, security updates, and plugin maintenance. That means one person handles your whole site, and you’ve always got someone to call.
What this includes:
- WordPress website design and development
- Hosting, backups, and maintenance included
- Plugin and security updates handled for you
- Content edits available on an hourly basis
- Ongoing support — no technical headaches on your end
Why it works: I host all client sites on my own infrastructure, which means faster response times and no third-party runaround when something needs attention.

AI Chat by Breakpoint Media
AI-powered chat and search for WordPress sites
Most websites make visitors dig through menus and pages to find what they need. AI Chat by Breakpoint Media lets them just ask.
The plugin indexes everything on your WordPress site — pages, posts, custom fields, categories — and connects it to an AI that answers visitor questions in plain language, with citations linking back to your actual content. It’s not a generic chatbot. It knows your site specifically.
What this includes:
- Indexes all your WordPress content automatically — no manual setup
- Answers visitor questions using your actual site content
- Shows numbered citations so visitors can read the source
- Works with Claude (Anthropic) and GPT (OpenAI) — you choose
- Logs every conversation so you can see what visitors are asking
- Runs entirely on your existing WordPress hosting — no extra infrastructure
Pricing
- One-time setup fee: $300–500 depending on site size and content volume
- Monthly retainer: $35–75/month — includes the plugin, all AI functionality, API costs, monitoring, and support. No variable costs, no surprises.
- Comparable services charge $200+/month for less functionality.
